So I’ve been revamping my old identity into a new one. I’ve been deciding if I should be sticking with “technodium” as my old brand, or as a new one which is my own name, “Paul Sherwin”. I’m actually torn between the two. I don’t know what to use since I’m still new at the design industry.

A habit I do when going abroad

Now I do believe that everything is much fun when you’re with friends, especially traveling abroad. As a habit I do when I go abroad, I hoard design books and magazines. For this trip, I bought some books which were really useful!

Artist Feature: Si Scott

Si Scott is a graphic designer from the United Kingdom. His style is basically swirls, but intricately and decisively placed in the illustrations. What’s most interesting about his work is that all of his works are hand-drawn first before going to the digital stages. He applies these curvy lines and swirls not only in illustration, but also in typography. Another intriguing thing in his work is that he rarely uses color in his works, making them classier, and concentrated on the details and swirls of the illustration more.
